Rolling out Tesla software update 2021.44.30.7 with more cold weather improvements [Updated with Release Notes]
Just a day after the release of 2021.44.30.6, Tesla began rolling out its next iteration today, 2021.44.30.7.
The update was first spotted just after 1:00 p.m. PST by a Tesla owner in the Netherlands.

Yesterday’s update contained what Tesla considered to be critical bug fixes for the problem of failing heat pumps in cold weather.
Unfortunately, the fixes didn’t seem to work for everyone, with many owners reporting to us that their cars were still unable to generate heat.
We haven’t seen the release notes for this build yet, but according to a source, there are more cold weather improvements included in this build.
We’ll have to wait and see if Tesla has found another potential solution to the heat pump problem.
UPDATED 3:51 PM PST: The 2021.44.30.7 release notes are the same as the Holiday Software Update, except for a new “Cold Weather Improvements” feature.

You can now pre-condition the cabin from the Tesla app when your battery is at a lower state of charge. Simply turn on the air conditioning from your Tesla app and override the previous setting by tapping “Yes” on the pop-up confirmation window.
Note: To protect your car battery, the air conditioning will remain unavailable in extremely low load scenarios. Feature requires Tesla mobile app version 4.4.0 or later.
